Chromebook Information 2025-2026

Important information: 

  • The care and control of the Chromebook/iPad is your child’s responsibility. 
  • Do not loan the device to anyone. The Chromebook/iPad does not belong to the student or student’s family, as it is the property of CCSD.
  • The device is to be used only for schoolwork. Please be aware that activity and location of CCSD issued devices may be monitored. 

Reminders for students:

  • Keep the Chromebook/iPad and charger in a safe place.
  • Keep food and liquids away from the device.
  • Carry the Chromebook/iPad correctly.
  • Do not put stickers on the Chromebook/iPad. 
  • Do not remove any school barcodes.

*Parents/guardians are responsible for all fines associated with broken or damaged Chromebook/iPads that are checked out to their child(ren). Please review the CCSD schedule of fees below. Students and/or families must immediately report any damage to the Chromebook/iPad to their classroom teacher immediately.

Damaged Headphone Jack  $25.00
Chromebook returned with stickers, residue, paint, writing, carving, crayon, etc. $5.00

Chromebook User Login Information 

Your child's CCSD email account is the "username" for logging into your Chromebook.

                (name.#####@nv.ccsd.net)

                (Do Not Forget to place the ' . ' between the student name and the number)

You do not need to type in the "@nv.ccsd.net". It should automatically be there.

Their password is set by each class, so if you need help retrieving it, please contact either their teacher or you can email Mrs. MacLeod for additional help.
