School Visitor Requirements

All visitors must check in at the front desk using the Ident-a-kid system. This requires your state ID or Driver’s license. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once signed in, while on campus, your visitor's badge must be worn and stay visible for all staff to see.

Classroom Visiting:

If you are requesting to visit a classroom, you must have permission from the principal 48 hours in advance, in writing. If you do not have permission prior to attending, we reserve the right to deny entry to the classroom as it may disrupt the learning environment of our students.

Administration:

To meet with an administrator, you must schedule an appointment. Walk-in appointments are generally not guaranteed. While every effort will be made to assist you, the availability of an administrator for a walk-in is subject to their scheduled meetings, classroom observations, and other duties. Please visit the front office to complete an Administrator Request Contact Form.

For urgent matters, please inform the front office staff. They can determine the best course of action and whether an immediate meeting is possible.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

For large, public events like family engagement evenings, performances, or open houses, the check-in and screening process may be modified to accommodate a higher volume of people. However, visitors are still subject to the school's rules and will be required to check in with a State ID or Driver's License and wear a visitors badge.
