Important Registration Information from CCSD
Online registration for the 2026-27 school year starts on April 20, 2026
Parents/guardians should note that the 2026-27 school year begins Aug. 10, 2026.
- Now is a great time to make sure all of your contact information is up-to-date. This includes cell and work phones, home addresses, and emergency contact information.
- Families new to CCSD may begin their registration process online at
- Families with students enrolled at a CCSD school can now complete registration using Campus Parent via Infinite Campus
- Parents/Guardians with an Infinite Campus account will see an announcement through Campus Parent with a link connecting them to the 2025-2026 registration page. Families with multiple children will also see the option in certain areas to copy responses from one child to the next to help save time with the registration process. Families can use a computer or a mobile device to complete registration.
- Parents/Guardians should note that the 2026-2027 school year begins Monday, Aug. 10, 2026.
- Families with students new to CCSD or returning after leaving the District must provide the required documents to the child’s zoned school.
Shared Housing
Families can select Shared Housing as an option in the online registration process if they do not have a lease, mortgage or utility bill in a parent/guardian’s name to provide proof of address. Families will be directed where to submit the necessary paperwork to complete the registration process.

- Child’s ID – (birth certificate, passport, certified birth card)
- Proof of Address (recent utility bill, rent receipt, residence lease or sales contract)

Registration for Current CCSD Students
Parents/Guardians with students who are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in the Clark County School District may complete registration using the Parent Portal via Infinite Campus by clicking the button below.
Fay Galloway Elementary accepts the required documents needed to complete registration through the on-campus Clerk's Office. We are located in the Main Building at 701 Skyline Road, Henderson, Nevada 89002.
Required Documents for Current CCSD Students:
- Parent’s valid identification
- Current utility bill (gas, power, water, or trash) or mortgage statement

Registration for Student NEW to CCSD
Parents/Guardians with students who are NEW to the Clark County School District may begin the registration process by clicking the button below.

- Withdrawal paperwork from previous school if applicable

Pre-Kindergarten
The Clark County School District (CCSD) is accepting enrollment requests for Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) programs for the 2026–2027 school year. The District has received 1,300 more Pre-K seats at select schools. CCSD families need to complete the to have their student placed on the interest and/or waitlist.
All students must meet the following requirements to be considered for Pre-K programs:
- Student must be three years old before August 1, 2026.
- Student cannot be eligible for Kindergarten enrollment.
- Parent/guardian must transport student to and from school.
Most CCSD Pre-K programs are half-day, with a limited number of full-day programs. Full-day programs require students to meet specific criteria that are outlined based on the program.
If selected, students will be offered a Pre-K seat at the school closest to their home with an opening. Students will be placed on a waitlist if there are no available seats at nearby schools.
Parents/guardians will be notified via email of their student’s placement or waitlist status. Students will continue to be placed in Pre-K programs until May 8, 2026. Parents/guardians with students on the waitlist will be notified of their student’s placement as soon as there is an available seat.

Nevada Ready! Pre-Kindergarten
The Nevada Ready! Pre-K Program is a full-day preschool offered at NO COST to families who qualify. This program is open to preschool children who have turned 4 years old by August 1st of the current school year. Families must meet the eligibility requirements in order to qualify for enrollment. CCSD families need to complete the Pre-K Interest Form & NR!PK Qualification Form to have their student placed on the interest and/or waitlist.
All students must meet the following requirements to be considered for Nevada Ready Pre-K programs:
- Students must be four years old by August 1, 2026.
- Students cannot be eligible for Kindergarten enrollment.
- Parent/Guardian must transport to and from school.
- Must meet grant eligibility requirements.
Early Childhood Student Placement Processors will review all NR!PK qualification forms to determine eligibility. Parents/Guardians will be notified via email if their student meets the criteria to qualify for NR!PK. If a student does not qualify for NR!PK, parents/guardians will be notified by email and asked to select a different school.

Transcript Requests
Clark County School District’s Student Record Services Department maintains the archiving of educational records for former Clark County School District students. CCSD is now offering a convenient and secure website for former students, K-12 Districts, attorneys and corporations to request transcripts, student records, immunizations, and graduation verifications online.
